How to return a product
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return a product within this period, please order your return shipment here . If you meet the requirements you will automatically receive a return label. Remember, you have to pay for the return shipping.

Remember, any amount charged to your previously used payment card may be deducted from the return cost and any depreciation costs if the condition of the item has deteriorated or is not in the original packaging. The refund may take up to 8 working days, depending on the card used for the first payment.

Can I pick up the item?
No, unfortunately you can’t. We currently do not have a physical pick-up option, but we are working on it. All orders must therefore be ordered on the webshop, after which they will be dispatched and delivered within 1-2 days by GLS.
Can I return a product to your address?

How long is delivery time?
Our delivery time depends on which provider you choose. We have a strong relationship with GLS for delivery within Denmark, and use DAO for international shipments. When ordering through GLS, we can deliver your package within 1-2 business days. If you order through DAO or other providers, the shipping time is significantly longer. You should always expect 8 business days delivery if you use other providers than GLS. GLS delivers 99% of our parcels the next working day if ordered before 14:00 on that day. DAO and DHL for EU and international shipments is approx. 2-10 working days.
How much cost postage?
For shipments within Denmark, shipping is free for purchases over 799 kr. For purchases under 799,- a shipping fee of between 41- 53 kr. is charged depending on the weight and size of the package. For EU shipments you can see all price below.
Elshoppen strengthens cooperation with DAO & DHL for delivery of parcels outside Denmark.
As of 1 April, we have entered into a new cooperation with DAO, DHL & Posti for the shipment of parcels to EU countries. This means that we can now deliver parcels to all countries throughout the EU from 60 DKK ex. VAT. With this agreement we can halve the cost for you as a customer when you come from the following EU countries. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item 🙂 Just send an email to kontakt@elshoppen.dk, where you write ‘exchange’ in the subject field of the email. Then you send your item to us. When we receive your return item, we will immediately send you a new package. Remember that you will have to pay for the shipping of the exchange, the price varies depending on the weight, but it is typically around 50 kr., each way within Denmark. When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your item, we will process your refund and the money will be credited to the payment card you used for the purchase. It can take up to 10 business days for the money to reach your bank account.
How long time do i have to return a item?
We offer a 14-day return policy for goods returned in the same condition and intact original packaging. Your return period starts from the day you receive the item. You can see our return policy, by following the link.
How do I make a complaint about an item?
Once you have received the item, we recommend that you check as soon as possible whether it corresponds to the order confirmation, whether the item has been damaged in transit or whether there are any defects.
If there is a defect, you must complain directly to us at email kontakt@elshoppen.dk. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
